Birth: 12th October, 1942. Birthplace: Bantava, District Junagadh, Gujarat, INDIA.

First poem published in Kumar magazine in 1962. Since then his poems are being published regularly in literary magazines like. Kavita, Milap, Parab, Kavilok, Kankavati, Shabda-Strushti, Navneet-Samarpan, Gujarat, Abhiyaan and many others.

Since 1962 has been reciting his poems on All Indian Radio. Represented Gujarat two times in Sarvabhasha Kavi Sammelan organized by All India Radio, Delhi station on 25th of January every year.

He has been reciting his poems in various Kavisammelan - Individually as well as with others.

Has studies Sanskrit and Prakrit languages for his Academic studies. Taught the same at various institutions at Chhotaudepur, Ahmedabad, Patan and Dahod from 1967 to 1982.

Since 1982 he is spending most of his time in reading, writing and reciting his poems. (in detail - in English)
